We make time for examinations and consultations.

 
To keep waiting times to a minimum we ask you to make an appointment. Please keep to the agreed appointment times as far as possible. If you are unable to keep the appointment, we ask you, in everyone’s interest, to cancel as early as possible and at least one day before. Please appreciate that appointments that have not been cancelled may have to be charged privately.

If necessary, for medical reasons, we will also make house calls, for example for the U2 checkup.

Acute illnesses and emergencies

In the case of an acute illness, you will be given an appointment for the same day, but we do ask you to telephone in advance. And it goes without saying that emergencies will be dealt with immediately.

Prescriptions

Please order prescriptions at least one day before collection. You can now also order by e-mail to rezepte@familienmvz.de.

Bring the following with you to each treatment:

• Medical insurance card
• Medical record booklet
• Vaccination card

For babies, please bring a blanket and nappies.
